My car was in the garage right at my appointment time and done by the specified time too. The guys working were super nice and there’s plenty of places within a couple blocks to grab a bite or a drink while you wait. I’ll definitely come back for all my oil changes.

Masters Auto quickly became our go-to: it has great communication, service, prices and sense of community. (For example, a pet got ill after we dropped off our only car recently. I didn't even have to ask if I could pick early and reschedule the service, so I could take our cat to urgent care. Tim offered, saying "we all have pets, we understand." I badly needed to get my oil changed and was able to make an appointment for my oil to be changed and my car checked out. Fast, friendly and fair car place is what I think of when I think of Masters Auto and Tire. They do send reminders via text for appointments and when you car is ready. This was my second time working with them and last summer they fixed my brakes and explained everything in detail as well as sent a PDF with cost of work. I highly recommend them for your car needs!
